One of our recent projects, which we take great pride in, is the transformation of an abandoned 7-story building, a former school left untouched for 8 years, into a modern office center. Our company took on the responsibility for this ambitious reconstruction and elevated it to a new level. The result is modern and comfortable office spaces on each floor, ready to accommodate different companies.
The project began with the demolition and removal of outdated walls and plumbing that no longer met modern standards and requirements. We then meticulously restored the gas supply, electrical system, and developed a new, optimized interior design, taking into account the client's current and future needs.
The DS5 construction team took control of all stages of the reconstruction. We installed new walls, floors, and ceilings, as well as refurbished the stairwell and installed new railings. Our professionals were responsible for creating comfortable and modern bathrooms, baths, dressing rooms, and offices, as well as equipping a full-fledged kitchen.
All of these works were carried out according to the project plans, under the careful supervision of the project manager, and in accordance with modern design and construction standards. The completion of all tasks followed the schedule.
After 12 weeks of intensive work, we are proud to say that we have created a functional and aesthetic working environment for our clients, where every office is a place for reaching new heights and business growth.
