Renovation of an Old Building with Attention to Detail

This project was a unique challenge for the DS5 Construction Ltd team, as our goal was not just to renovate the building but to preserve its character and historical charm. All work was carried out by hand, using custom-made elements designed according to the architects’ and designers’ specifications.

Special attention was given to the restoration of antique doors, carefully preserving their original texture and details to maintain the building’s authentic appearance. Additionally, we designed and built a custom bathroom, selecting materials and finishes that seamlessly complemented the overall style of the space.

Another key aspect of the project was the on-site construction of a bespoke kitchen, with every piece tailored to the client’s specific needs. We also carried out welding work for the staircase, creating a strong and stylish structure that perfectly matched the architectural design of the property.

An important part of the renovation was the custom-ordered flooring, carefully chosen not only to align with the historic aesthetic but also to accommodate an underfloor insulation system, enhancing comfort and energy efficiency.
